Terms and Conditions

The Following Outlines Eva’s Training Terms and Conditions

1. The program costs are payable in full after the first lesson. This gives you the opportunity to meet me before making a commitment.
2. I prefer to receive payments via e-transfer to k9academy@shaw.ca.
3. All payments are non-refundable except in the case of an life altering event in the client’s household or severe illness or death of their dog.
4. Deferral of individual lessons require at least 24 hours notice, otherwise the lesson is forfeit.
5. Prior to the first lesson, full disclosure on your part is required if your dog(s) has caused any damage to a person or another dog.
6. Safety for all participants during training lessons is my primary objective. 
7. Eva Leitinger, Compassionate K9 Academy and their training partners shall in no event be liable for any direct or indirect damage, injury or loss related to participants, their dog(s) and their property during a training session. You agree not to assert any claims against Compassionate K9 Academy, Eva Leitinger and our training partners, now and in the future.
